I joined Hot Tubs At Home in March 2014 and work full time. It is a great place to work as no two days are ever the same and I get to learn so much first hand as part of a great team. I enjoy being part of a company that is committed to providing quality customer service and support, something that really does set us apart from the rest. The fact that so many of our customers refer us to their friends and family really is a testament to this. I always strive to provide customers with a first-class professional and courteous service. The best part of the job is helping people solve issues with their hot tub, whether it is advice or new parts that they need, it is always rewarding to see customers happy and enjoying their hot tub!
